Jane Anna Waide, MAI, originally from Inverness, Mississippi, is the broker/owner of Farmer Commercial Properties in Starkville, Mississippi. Jane Anna graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Mississippi State University. From 2004 to 2010, she worked in Washington, D.C. in politics, primarily serving on staff in the United States Senate. Jane Anna then pursued a career in business and real estate, beginning with obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Mississippi State University, also summa cum laude. She has been a commercial real estate appraiser for over 13 years, analyzing a wide variety of property types including commercial, multi-family, retail, office, industrial, and agricultural. Jane Anna coupled brokerage services with her appraisal expertise in 2018 when she joined Farmer Commercial Properties, selling and leasing commercial and residential properties. She is a member of the Golden Triangle Association of Realtors, and holds the prestigious MAI appraisal designation for commercial real estate appraisers. Jane Anna is married to Whit Waide, and they have two young daughters, Meriwether and Margot.
