Scott A. Farmer is the Broker/Owner of Farmer Commercial Properties in Starkville, Mississippi and a member of the Golden Triangle Association of Realtors. Scott graduated from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Chemistry. He worked as a chemist at LaFarge for 4 years, then as an Oversight Specialist at Honeywell for 7 years. Scott is a licensed multi-state Realtor, and is celebrating his 25th year in Real Estate. To commemorate his 21st year in Real Estate Sales, Scott was awarded the Life Ruby Award for Outstanding Sales Performance. Scott averages 88 units listed/sold and approximately $18 million/year. Scott attributes his success to always keeping the customer first!

* Scott earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute, one of the leading commercial real estate associations in the world. The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon completion of the graduate-level core course curriculum and attainment of a qualifying level of experience. The CCIM curriculum addresses the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate, including financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis.
